The Coldstone at the Palm Desert Westfield Mall isn’t accepting gift card payments because its gift card machine has been down for over a month! So they don’t accept gift card payments and don’t have a sign-up letting customers know.

The owner or manager Aidan is super rude and condensing in his tone. He speaks in the manner that he’s superior to you and the questions you have are stupid. You can tell by the tone and facial expressions that he uses to talk to his customers. He needs to be more humble if he wants to be a good manger or business owner. Because that attitude is not going to help him in the long run.

Why is there no lemons coming out from the kitchen on the plates of fresh fried items? Or Ceviche? Like come on bro I shouldn't have to bother the bartender for lemon wedges for my fish other than that 10/10 !! Like ordered fish n chips fried oysters campenchana etc no limes or lemons to squeeze fresh like come on big no no 5 starts cause the condiments and Malt Vin were on hand!

I don't say this lightly as someone who's sought out the best seafood across the country and world: this is the most authentic catch in the Coachella Valley. From the fried shrimp to the grilled tacos, the quality is top-tier. A huge shout-out to Louie and James, who are doing an incredible job running this staple. Their attention to detail and commitment to the customer experience makes the Grotto feel like home, even for a discerning palate. Five stars all around.

Well, the torta didn't look like the picture at first; second, the flavor was nothing like a carne asada torta; and third, I ordered it without lettuce and tomato, and I think they made a mistake. I didn't complain because I felt more sorry for them than they did... In conclusion, it was false advertising.
